Frustration

Blog — Jason Thimmesch on June 24, 2010 at 3:47 pm

I understand it is tough being a middle manager. Balancing the appeasement of your superiors with appearing as strong leader to your underlings can be difficult.

With that said, I feel as if I was treated unfairly today. I put my heart and my best into my job everyday, and unfortunately, management is unable to see that because I did not hit my ‘numbers’.

Not to brag, but I am a great employee. This has been a job where I have truly felt passionate about; where I had a drive to succeed and improve daily. I am very competent, great with customers, and willing to go above and beyond with all things pertaining to my job. –>

  2. Interface -

Matthew 6:5-8

5“And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. 6But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. 7And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. 8Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him. –>
